When we started our collaboration, Lykens was using an external software, Rent Manager. From this platform, Lykens’ team was managing all the info about their rentals (address, availability, area, number of bathrooms, number of rooms, images with the rentals etc.).  

What Lykens wanted was a presentation website that could integrate all the information from Rent Manager. We decided that the best choice was to develop a website in Wordpress.  

In Rent Manager, we created templates for displaying all the listings and individual pages for each rental. After, we integrated these templates into the presentation website.  

For the search option, we integrated the parameters directly from Rent Manager. This way, users can refine their search by the type of property, location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms and price range. For the homepage, we included a shorter search option, with fewer filters.  

We created two functionalities dedicated to tenants who are interested in a property. The first functionality is the possibility to rent a place through redirecting the user from our website to Rent Manger, where they have to login.  

Another option is scheduling a tour of the property, by using the Schedule Tour functionality. We're proud to have improved the renting process for Lykens's customers.
